Avoid Damage from Storms 

Its that time of the year again for Southeastern Idaho, storm season. These tips will help you and your family prepare for thunderstorms.

Tip 1: Get inside a home or large building when a storm approaches. Stay indoors and don’t venture outside unless absolutely necessary.

Tip 2: Stay away from open doors, windows, fireplaces, radiators, stoves, metal pipes, sinks and appliances.

Tip 3: Do not use electrical appliances.

Tip 4: Use home telephone for emergencies only.
