At Idaho Fire & Flood Restoration, we are dedicated to quality restoration. We offer services to clean and sanitize both commercial and residential properties. Following a proven 3-step process, we can restore your space to a safe and healthy atmosphere for you, your family, and your customers.

Our Cleaning Process

1. Wipe down and clean all surfaces utilizing proper methods of cleaning, cleaning agents and PPE

2. Use a pure mist to disinfect high touch areas longer

3. Expose the area to a highly effective gas that will last 2 weeks

We utilize chlorine dioxide gas & state of the art technologies in order to provide the highest level of service for sanitization. We use both a gas to propel and carry the cleaning agent to any and all surfaces that can’t be reached. We also use a hydro-force pure mist to disinfect high touch areas.

Clean Air

We offer a proactive measure and install an air cleaning device that has MCI (multi-cluster ion) technology. This air and surface purifying machine is installed in the ductwork of your building and helps break down the virus. The benefits of this device include:

  • Trademarked MCI™ (multi-cluster ionization) technology customizable probe from 16K ft³³ to 40K ft³
  • Covers/cleans residential, commercial and industrial environments with proactive technology
  • Helps keep duct systems free from contaminants (increasing oxidizers may be needed for harsh environments)
  • Reduces VOCs, mVOCs, odor, bacteria, viruses, mold, and particulates
  • Completely safe for humans and animals
  • Reduces “A” coil cleaning and maintenance
  • Reduces bio-nesting, eliminates/reduces mold, bacteria and the odors associated with them
  • Provides a cleaner “A” coil and, therefore, provides more energy efficiency
  • Decreases frequency of filter changes
  • Attacks pollutants in the air and on surfaces

Spaces that we can clean and sanitize thoroughly include:

  • Homes
  • Offices
  • Schools
  • Daycare facilities
  • Nursing homes
  • Hospitals
  • RVs
  • Large commercial environments

The HVAC-mounted MCI Air & Surface purifying machine is designed as the first fully customizable probe to provide the power you need for the environment. The MCI Air & Surface purifying machine produces aggressive ionized oxidizers and multi-cluster ions that are then distributed throughout the living space of the home or office while cleaning the internal HVAC equipment and ductwork.

This trademarked MCI™ multi-cluster ionization technology, using an enhanced output, represents the newest generation of proactive air purification, is completely safe and effectively destroys mold, mildew, bacteria, viruses, odors, volatile organic compounds (VOCs and mVOCs), and the odors associated with them. The basic unit, which covers approximately 1-3 tons or 16K ft³³ of space, can be customized to the load level of the environment by adding the clip-on bracket and up to two additional DBI cells. This unit can then be converted to a more powerful residential or commercial unit that can clean the air/surfaces of contaminants in up to 10 tons or 40K ft³.
